Meet Kyra Bronte.

Kyra (Kai-rah, she's rather particular about that) is a Dhampir. That means, she's half human, and half moroi, mortal on both sides. A Moroi is a vampire, a full vampire. Mortal in all accounts. You want to get into the undead, Dracula, Twilight vampires, your looking at the Strigoi, and they're a nasty bunch of creatures. Only three ways to kill 'em: Decapitation, Lighting them on Fire, or a stake through the heart.

Now, as a Dhampir, Kyra is going to be a guardian to a Moroi when she graduates in the spring, right now, she's still in training at St. Vladamir's Academy. She's dressed in her stealth suit right now. She's got her stake with her, a gun, a lighter in a pouch on her gun belt, and two daggers hidden down the sides of her boots. She's wearing her hair up so her enemies can see her Molnija marks and her promise mark, when she gets them.

When she graduates, she's going to be assigned to Raia Tristante, a royal from an extinct liniage of the Moroi.
Kyra's job? To stop anyone, especialy the Strigoi, fom hurting Raia.

Basicaly, Krya is one of my two fan-charactes for the Vampire Academy book series (By Richelle Mead), she's a Dhampir guardian (as is explained above) and will be protecting my other character, Araia 'Raia' Tristante.
Kyra is of greecian heritage, as both her given and surnames are greek. She's also got two forms of protection, a cross about her neck and another as a belly button ring.
'Kyra' means Thunder and 'Bronte' means Lady in terms of greek names.
